These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Squeegees (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, scheduling tools, and home-services offerings. By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “User”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Squeegees offers professional home-services including, but not limited to, window cleaning, pressure washing, paver sealing, exterior house washing, and painting. All services are delivered by trained team members or authorized partners.

2. Scheduling & Access

Appointments are scheduled through our website, phone, or in person.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking.

We require clear and safe access to the work area at the scheduled time.

If conditions prevent us from performing the service (blocked access, unsafe surfaces, weather), we may reschedule or cancel at our discretion.

3. Payments & Billing

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital payment.

Deposits may be required for larger jobs. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.

Late or failed payments may result in service interruption and collection action.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

Squeegees reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unsafe conditions, inclement weather, or other factors outside our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

Ensure water and electrical access where required.

Remove fragile items from work areas.

Inform our team of any special surface conditions (e.g., sealed, painted, or damaged areas).

Not hold Squeegees responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., cracked glass, loose pavers, deteriorated paint).

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for customer satisfaction and encourage feedback. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can review and, if appropriate, correct the issue.

7. Liability & Limitations

Services are provided “as-is.” While we take great care, Squeegees is not liable for:

Normal wear and tear of surfaces.

Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and branding (including logos, text, and images) remain the property of Squeegees. You may not copy, reuse, or misrepresent our content without written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
